We've done this a couple of times now. Post brief reviews of movies you've seen.
Red Rock West - Noir movie starring Nicolas Cage, Dennis Hopper and Lara Flynn Boyle. Okay, but for some reason it didn't quite click with me. I think that noir is something you should enjoy occasionally, not back to back.
The Last Seduction - Noir movie starring Linda Fiorentia. Shit, that's not how you spell it. Meh, look it up. I enjoyed it more than Red Rock West, but this movie relies on some hardcore incompetence from the male lead. Although I've heard that at times noir requires a male character who thinks with the wrong head. Meh, I dont' know.
Frailty - Horror(?) movie starring Bill Paxton and Matthew McCaunhey. Again, not spelled correctly. Paxton directed this, and it was alot better than I was expecting. Not really a horror movie, more of a suspense I think. Recommended.
And that brings me to a post I read that inspired me to do this again:
"The Motorcycle Diaries would be as if someone were to make a film about Adolf Hitler by portraying him as an artist, a vegetarian who loved animals and was against unemployment. It would be true, but missing the point.
