So someone told me that Toronto has the 2nd highest percentage of foreign born residents in the world, after Miami. And that since most of the people in Miami are Cubans, Toronto is therefore the most diverse city in the world.
So Toronto comes in 4th, but Miami's there, and Dubai's foreign born come from only 3 countries. So it seems reasonable to conclude that Toronto is second only to Amsterdamn. Or at least it is until we find out who the foreign born there are.
So taht's all interesting. In absolute terms, there are more foreign born in New York and LA, but not in percentage terms. And in LA it's all Mexican.
