Oakville to Toronto Bike Ride

I had wanted to do this a few times this year, but know of so few people that bike, that I never really got around to asking.

One weekend over the next 3-4, I'd like to bike from Oakville to Toronto with some friends. It's about a 40-45 km trip from my office to my apartment. We would be taking the train to the stop before my office, so it's a bit shorter, but we might take more meandering paths, so could work out to roughly the same distance.

A casual pace for just about anyone should be around 15km/hour. So you're looking at 3 hours non-stop, but we would usually break once or twice along the way.

All I recommend having is a bike, a water bottle with water or ideally gatorade, and maybe a piece of fruit or two.

If you're interested, please let me know, either on here, or via email/phone.

Also,I have one extra bike that could be used by someone of a decent height. Not sure how short is too short for the frame.
