A useful way to describe someone attractive is "she was so hot she made my boner hurt". ie (sorry parents and sarah) - my gf is so hot she makes my boner hurt. It really gets the point across. I was going to come up with a female equivalent, but I don't think you need one. Ladies, if you see a hot man, just say "he's so hot he makes my boner hurt". The point will be taken.
