A lot of what we do is due to bad habits. Changing a habit is harder than just identifying the habit though. You have to recognize the trigger, the habit, and the reward. THen, you can try to change some of it. Can you avoid the trigger? Can you do something instead of your bad habit to get the reward? (Maybe instead of eating a cookie you could just go socialize).
