Sometimes corny jokes work. I have experimented with many, and here's a killer one.

Let's say you're giving something away, or selling something... basically, something where you can use the expression "Get em' while they're hot!" in the email, poster or whatever.

Here's what you do - you do that for something that's not hot. You put a star on the last word. Like this: hot!*

Then, you add the following footnote:

*not actually hot.

THIS KILLS! I don't know why.
